Together, we’ll take a look at how the gender pay gap and low wages have historically impacted women and gender diverse folks, what these issues look like in today’s workforce, and how we can move forward to address the gap and ensure pay equity. ASL interpretation and closed captioning will be available.
About The Collective: The Collective is a group of young women and gender diverse youth (ages 18 to 30) who work through an intersectional feminist lens to meet social justice-oriented goals through events and initiatives centred around peer networking, mentoring, and leadership development.
