Here is a brief summary of the event:

2SLGBTQ+ (queer) history advocate and founder of the NL Queer Research Initiative, Sarah Worthman, will discuss her recent research exploration into government-led persecution of queer individuals in the Canadian Expeditionary Force during the First World War. By sharing this history, she hopes to showcase the complexities of queerness in this period.
