Asking your work to make a weekly/bi-weekly donation from your cheque

Check to make sure your work has a benevity account and you can simply have an amount sent to ours.

Become a monthly donor

Hold an event in your workplace

See if you employer will hold Causal Friday Days or a Fun Themed Day and collect donations.

Host a public event

Drag show, dance party, or any other fabulous ideas you have and donate all or percent of funds raised.

Birthdays, weddings, graduations and other special occasions

In lieu of accepting gifts, ask your friends and family to donate to us through a Facebook B-day fundraiser or in-person party you hold. It’s a great way to show that you are grateful for what you have on your special day and would like to share your blessings with others.

Challenge events such as runs, walks, or other challenge.

Host your own challenge event and ask participants to join or create a team to fundraise a minimum amount. You’ll be doing something good for yourself and our charity.

Bake sales, craft sales, car washes and other community events

Turn your passion into a fundraising tool with the proceeds from your event being donated. Who doesn’t love to eat a cupcake for a good cause?

Memorials and tributes honouring a loved one

Make a donation in name of a loved one and have their memory live on.

Holidays events

Seasonal events can be turned into an easy way to also collect donations to support us. Take your annual events and collect donations as a group gift of support to our charity.
